Daniel Coyle, author of The Talent Code, a book I haven’t read, writes a blog that's worth exploring. Among his recent posts: The Learner's Dictionary, The 0.25 Second That Makes All the Difference, Boosting Innovation Velocity, 3 Principles of Goofing Around, and Rules of Ignition.
The basic premise of Coyle's book--no longer original--is that practice (with appropriate coaching), not genetics, is the more important in determining future success.
